When a new user is added through ESR, what status is required before DM will pull down the data and how long does it take?

As long as that user’s status is such on ESR that the file is available to Directory Manager, it will process the information into the Directory Manager Database.

By default, a new user transaction will be triggered up to 21 days prior to their start date of the new user.

The number of days and account can be crated before the users start date is configurable. Please contact the BDS Service Desk if you would like to discuss changing this configuration option.
