How can I reactivate a revoked Personal Digital Identity (PDI)?

To reactive a revoked PDI, do the following;

  1. In the left menu, click “Digital Directory”
  2. Make sure the checkbox “Include revoked” is ticked
  3. In the search box, enter the PDI number or name of the person you wish to un-revoke
  4. Click the PDI number in the results to go into the PDI profile page
  5. At the bottom of the PDI profile page, click the “Approve” button. This will re-activate the PDI
