How do I contact you if I have a general enquiry that isn’t answered here?

Depending on your enquiry, please contact the following departments;

  • If your enquiry is related to adding a new feature or function please contact Sales
  • If it is related to existing functionality but isn’t answered in the FAQ please send an email containing your Trust name and the enquiry to the BDS Service Desk
  • Alternatively, our website has a contact us form which will end up with the right team after being reviewed.
