How can I cancel a transactions we no longer want/need?
There are two ways to cancel transactions and these depend on your configuration, the two methods are below.
If you have Suspend Transactions enabled:
If you have Suspend Transactions enabled:
- Find the record you wish to cancel under pending transactions.
- Tick the suspend box and apply the selection.
- Find the record again from the suspended transaction section.
- Tick the cancel box and apply the selection.
If you do not have Suspend Transaction Enabled:
- Find the record you wish to cancel under pending transactions.
- Tick the cancel box and apply the selection.
