Provision of goods and services
We collect user data to provision goods and services according to a contract with a client. When you become a client of BDS Solutions we collect the following information: name, email address, phone number, company address, information regarding contracts and products purchased.
We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities, such as payment processing. These companies are authorised to use your personal data only as necessary to provide these services to us.
Recruitment
We collect user data within job recruitment processes in order to contact candidates. When you apply for a job directly with BDS Solutions through a recruiter or on a job posting website, we collect the following information: name, address, email address, phone number, employment history, education history.
Use of Information
We may use your personal information to provide information or services you’ve requested. We may use third-party services to assist us in processing your personal information. We require that such third-party services comply with our Privacy Policy as well as any appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

If we send you any marketing emails, we will always provide an unsubscribe option to allow you to opt out of any further marketing emails. If you “opt-out” of our marketing materials you will be added to our suppression list to ensure we do not accidentally send you further marketing. We may still need to contact you for administrative or operational purposes, but we will make sure that those communications do not include direct marketing.
If you are an existing customer or are acting in your professional capacity we use your contact details as necessary for our legitimate interests in marketing to you and maintaining a list of potential customers.

We retain your details on our marketing list until you “opt-out” at which point we add you to our suppression list. We keep that suppression list indefinitely to comply with our legal obligations to ensure we do not accidentally send you any more marketing.

BDS Solutions shares your information for business purposes on a need-to-know basis, and only with:

Our analytics provider uses technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts, to analyse trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and gather demographic information about our website visitors as a whole.

Google AdWords remarketing
We use the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third-party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who have visited certain pages on our site, or haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network.
