What should I do if I am unable to find a transaction in the portal?

If you can’t find a transaction in the portal, it may have been approved or suspended by someone else.

Check ‘Recent Transactions’ or use the ‘Suspended Search’ section to locate it. If you still can’t find it, it may not have come through from ESR or another data input source yet.

If you are unsure when your data sources are set to run, please review your configuration workbook or contact the BDS Service Desk. Please note that ESR Records will not come through from ESR until the next working day after being submitted to ESR.

If you are sure the record has come through for processing and it has not already been approved then please contact the BDS Service Desk for assistance.
