Can I make the System Identifiers more useful on the Digital Directory Profile?
Yes, when viewing a Digital Directory Profile the System Identifier column can be updated to present more useful information, by default the value shown is the unique identifier for that system however any other information from that system can be shown to allow for these to be more easily identifiable, below are some examples:
Source – Active Directory
System Identifiers:
- GUID (Default)
- UPN
- SAMAccountName
- Display Name
Source – ESR
System Identifiers:
- Person ID (Default)
- EmployeeNumber
- Assignment Number
- NHS Unique ID
