Can we refresh our matches if they are out of date?

Can we refresh our matches if they are out of date?
Yes, matches can be refreshed simply by opening the match and pressing the reassess button underneath of the matching candidates table, if however you have a large number of matches to go through and it is not possible to refresh them one by one, please reach out to the BDS Service Desk team who can bulk refresh these matches. Please be aware though that any bulk actions can cause Directory Manager to be held up whilst undertaking any required actions.
