How do we control who has access to the portal?

Access levels are controlled by Security Groups in Active Directory.

The primary group for Directory Manager provides full administrative access to BDS Solutions staff and Trust staff. This group is usually called “DM Control Group” but may be called something else in your trust. Please consult your configuration documentation for details.

Customised groups are also possible to control what aspects of the Digital Directory, System Matching and Web Portal pages can be accessed.
