What can be done with accidental approved changed or rename transactions?

As soon as you realise that you have accidentally approved a change or rename transaction, please inform the BDS Service Desk. The sooner after the transaction has been approved, the more likely we are able to roll this back.

NOTE: There is a maximum of 24 hours until it is no longer possible to roll back a transaction. This is due to there needing to a be limit in place to ensure data integrity in synchronising systems. If 24 hours have passed, the data will need to be resubmitted via the relevant data source.
