Is there a way to see if a PDI has any pending transactions?

NOTE: You must have authorization to view these menu items in the Admin menu of the DM portal to follow these steps

  1. Log into your Directory Manager Portal
  2. From the Admin Menu select Pending Search
  3. In the Search Box Enter the PDI

In the top right corner is a drop down box which enables you to select the different transaction types. check all types to see if there are any Pending Transactions for that given PDI.
