What should I do if I have opened a match but it does not have any records I can link to?

When reviewing a match, if the match does not have any valid potential links this could be because:

• The record you are hoping to link to already has a link from that source and multimatch is disabled.
• The match did not meet the threshold for the record you are wanting to link to.
• There was a potential valid record when the match came into system matching that is no longer valid.

There are a couple of options you can look into for scenarios link this:

• Remove any other system link from the record you would like to match with and refresh the match.
• Contact the BDS Support Team who can look to enable multimatch for the system in question and allow you to link the match.
• Create a New PDI for the match.
