How do I Suspend a transaction?

To suspend transactions, you need to be part of the Directory Manager Control Group or a group with the necessary permissions.

Navigate to ‘Pending Transactions’ or use ‘Pending Search’ to locate transactions.

Tick ‘Suspend’ next to the transactions required and click ‘Apply Selection’ to suspend.

You can also click the ‘Suspend all pages’ button which will suspend every transaction in the results.
