Like many, looking back to January, it feels like we have lost two years and I have to remind myself it is 2022 not 2020. We have all seen so much, felt so much and been through so much that it is difficult to reflect and remember.
We are often more able to recollect times gone by than those more recent and it was both comforting and inspiring to chart our 25 year journey in my Xmas message last December.
Thankfully, despite all the political and international unrest over the last 12 months, BDS has been a constant once again working seamlessly with our NHS Trust customer base, providing specialist NHS messaging, security and infrastructure services, as well as effective identity management automation to 150+ NHS organisations nationally.
We continue to work closely with the champions of technology at some of the largest and most influential NHS Trusts across the UK. The ongoing investment in customer driven NHS IT solutions, has created a much sought after and targeted portfolio of products and services, recognised by NHS Digital as adding value to and complementing central procurement and licencing initiatives.
Building relationships with our NHS customers and promoting our portfolio at national (NHS Digital) and local NHS Trust level, has created our unique position in the market. The BDS Solutions brand is recognised across the breadth of the country and we have some of the most highly respected Solutions Architects, who lead the field in the design, specification, delivery and support of Microsoft based solutions.
Throughout our long history, we have remained leading edge and NHS focused, while providing value for money in a tightly budgeted public sector. We have achieved this by recruiting and developing highly motivated technology specialists, who are prepared to go the extra mile and follow the Company’s ethos and vision.
Our simple festive message is that ‘we are here’ and given the busy and often challenging lives we lead, I thought you might like to take a quiet moment to enjoy this special song my son wrote recently “Dreaming about Christmas”. He is living in Canada and it is with some irony that as the world gets smaller, we often find ourselves thousands of miles apart from loved ones. Wishing you all a very Merry Xmas and peaceful New Year.
