Who is allowed to log a ticket on behalf of our NHS Trust, and how can I request access to the ticketing system?
Access to the ticketing system is typically restricted to authorized personnel within your NHS Trust. The allowed list of individuals who can log a ticket includes staff members designated as key contacts or responsible for specific areas related to Directory Manager.
To request access to log a ticket, you will need permission from senior members of the key contacts for authorisation. If they approve, you will be added to the list of authorised ticket loggers.
