This is achieved through the provision of consultancy services to advise customers on strategic direction aligned with the specification and delivery of business solutions providing maximum benefits and future-proofing.
The division boasts a large number of highly skilled and qualified consultants all of which have extensive technical pedigrees, in diverse market sectors, and are qualified to at least the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) level.
As a direct reflection of the pedigree of the Technical Services Division, BDS Solutions has achieved Microsoft Gold Partner accreditation for Advanced Infrastructure Solutions and Networking Infrastructure Solutions since 2002.
A strong current focus for customers is the design and implementation of Microsoft's Active Directory services. BDS Solutions was one of the first companies in the UK to pilot this technology and has an extensive list of design and implementation reference sites available, ranging from single organisations consisting of a handful of users to large "communities" consisting of many thousands of users.
BDS Solutions has long recognised that business processes are becoming ever more dependant on technology and can help customers minimise the risk associated with the failure of this technology via the introduction of fault tolerant solutions, such as data clustering and High Availability Solutions.
