As part of our continuing support to our customers, we provide free upgrades for all our software products. These are published as they are made available and serve to extend the software as well as to resolve issues.

Software Updates

Select the product from the drop-down box and then click the "Download" button to start downloading the update.

  1. Select the desired product from the drop-down list and click the Download button to start downloading the update.
  2. You will be prompted to either run or save the file. Select save and choose a location to save it to.
  3. When the file has downloaded, ensure that there are no BDS products running on the computer - check the system tray for any BDS product icons.
  4. Run the update file.
  5. Click OK to the message boxes that are shown.

This will upgrade the software to the latest version. On completion, re-start the software from the Start menu in the usual way.
