Increasing the ESR Benefits to the NHS
BDS Solutions is pleased to announce that Oldham Primary Care Trust is the latest NHS organisation to select Directory Manager for the delivery of NHS ESR integration with Active Directory.
'Directory Manager is now firmly established as the solution of choice in the NHS, with this being the 15th trust to adopt this solution in the last 12 months taking the total number of organisations to over 30.

The primary business driver behind Oldham PCT requirements was the reduction of service desk costs that will be achieved by automating the user account management and provisioning process.
In addition, BDS Solutions' partner, BMS (UK) Ltd, has been awarded a contract to implement the complementary Imprivata Single Sign-on and Self Service Password Management solution. This will deliver additional administrative costs savings to the Trust and further enhance the benefits provided by Directory Manager.
