BDS Awarded Latest ISO9001:2008 Standard

The BDS Solutions Quality Management System underpins all the procedures and processes that ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

The system has been operational for over 10 years and within that time has been audited twice a year by external ISO auditors. The existing system is so robust that each audit has recorded that it demonstrates "significant compliance with the requirements of the international standard" and BDS Solutions continually "demonstrates a commitment to the quality management system."

However, the Quality Management System does not rest on its laurels. The system is also subject to a rigorous Internal Audit process. Each year all the procedures and processes are reviewed to ensure their current application to product and service delivery; this results in several hundred Change Requests annually that are completed to maintain and further improve system efficiency.

Customer feedback is also treated with high priority. All returned surveys are analysed and all those that fail to record consistent 'good' ratings are followed up with the respective customers to elicit their comment and observations so that lessons can be learned and services continually improved.

Commitment to the Quality Management System permeates all areas of the Company, with its success closely reviewed and monitored at Management Board level to achieve a process of continuous improvement.
