Automate production of employee Registration Authority Forms from Active Directory
Registration Authority (RA) Forms are required to provide employees access to the National Spine. These forms are traditionally completed manually by either the employee or by their department.
Directory Integrator from BDS Solutions automates the production of these forms. Using the data available in Active Directory, the following forms can be automatically produced:
- RA01 - New Applicant
- RA02 - Profile Modification
- RA03 - Revoke or Suspend Account
- RA04 - Change to Fallback Smartcard profile
- RA05 - Change of details
The forms can be produced on an individual basis, with all relevant information in Active Directory used to complete the fields on the forms.
