This utility greatly enhances the Distribution List management available in Active Directory
Distribution List Manager comprises two tools both designed to make the management of distribution lists within address books as simple as possible.
Distribution List Client is a utility that provides an intelligent method for creating and maintaining distribution lists that will help ensure the integrity and usefulness of the lists. It combines all the functionality required for these tasks together with a simple and user-friendly interface.

Distribution List Monitor is a Windows service that runs on the host server. When DL Client connects to the server it will make a connection with DL Monitor if it is present. All changes made through DL Client are then logged in a central database from which DL Monitor pulls reporting information and sends it to the list owners.
