Total-Care can apply also to organisations who would like to delegate day-to-day tasks such as administration, performance monitoring and reporting to enable the local team to focus other tasks.

Total-Care is also an option for organisations who want to delegate business management support, such as third party contract or procurement management.

A contract manager in addition to a support delivery team is assigned to each contract to ensure customers have contact continuity at all times.

Regular on-site contract performance review meetings enable customers to monitor the usage of their contract to ensure they are receiving the maximum associated benefits.
