Flexi-Care is a support package that provides a variety of services aimed
at increasing the overall effectiveness of your on-site service desk.
Total-Care is designed for organisations where the availability of
in-house support resources are limited.
Extended-Care offers a valuable extension to an existing Flexi-Care
contract, allowing delivery of pre-planned remote work, outside standard Flexi-Care support hours, at
preferential support rates.
Night-Care services provide emergency support and call-out
consultancy during unsociable hours.
Desk-Care delivers a fully managed support service for the
desktop, on a per seat basis.
