
A BDS Solutions Flexi-Care support contract is a "flexible" support package that provides a variety of services aimed at increasing the overall effectiveness of a customer's on-site service desk.
Tailored to a customer's exact requirements, Flexi-Care provides server and desktop support for back office and networking systems on a variety of platforms.
BDS Solutions partner the customer's existing support team, offering expert advice and support when called upon. Flexi-Care delivers peace of mind to a customer's support team so that they can resolve calls rapidly, minimising disruption to the customer's organisation.
Each Flexi-Care support contract consists of a pre-defined number of days that can be utilised for:
- Pre-paid telephone support
- Remote troubleshooting services (via a WAN)
- System health checks (either facilitated remotely or on-site)
- Technical consultancy
Regular contract performance reviews enable customers to monitor the usage of their contract to ensure they are receiving the maximum associated benefits.
A support delivery team is assigned to each contract to ensure customers have contact continuity at all times.
Extending the Flexi-Care package
Flexi-Care support is designed to cover standards business hours and can be enhanced when combined with our additional services as listed below:
Extended-Care offers a valuable extension to an existing Flexi-Care contract,
allowing delivery of pre-planned remote work, outside standard Flexi-Care support hours, at preferential support rates.
Night-Care services provide emergency support and call-out consultancy during
unsociable hours.
