Technical Consultants
We would like to hear from applicants who have experience in implementing and supporting ICT infrastructures based on the following competencies:
- Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008
- Exchange Server 2003/2007
- Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008
- Desktop Operating Systems
- ISA & Mobile Messaging
- Microsoft OCS, SCCM/SMS, SQL, SCOM & Clustering
- Citrix XenApp
- VMware ESX Server
- Microsoft SharePoint Server
2nd Line Support Consultants
Reporting to the Operational Services Manager, suitable applicants should demonstrate strong customer facing skills, the ability to communicate at all levels of the business and have previous experience in supporting both Server and PC infrastructure.
Core competencies:
- TCP/IP/LAN/WAN
- Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007
- Windows Server 2000, 2003 & Active Directory
- Microsoft Office Applications
- MCP Certification
Additional competencies:
- Microsoft SQL, SCCM, SCOM
- Citrix, Cisco & Wireless technologies
