The Project Support Office (PSO) was created in August 2000 to formalise and extend the contract and project management activities.
With an experienced, dedicated team the following broad terms of reference cover the service that PSO provides at the heart of the Company:
- To ensure the overall success of customer projects utilising proven methodologies and best practices as set in the formal PRINCE2 and ISO9001 QMS standards, supported by periodical project reporting.
- To plan, manage, develop and monitor the Quality Management System to maintain the company's valued ISO9001:2000 accreditation.
PSO Objectives
- To provide Project Management and Administration support for internal and/or external projects.
- To provide Contract Management and Administration, monitor progress against planned work and provide timely customer contract reports showing delivery status.
- To provide Support Contract Administration in liaison with the Customer Services Division Manager and the Helpdesk Manager, incorporating monitoring of standard support, flexi-care and managed service contracts.
- To provide Quality Management and Administrative services to the Company.
- To provide Resource Scheduling Administration services for the optimisation of Consultant activity across internal and/or external project/contract work.
