BDS Solutions has continued its evolution by achieving two key accreditations - Microsoft Gold Partnership and ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation.

Microsoft Gold Certified Partner
BDS Solutions was the first to earn certification at this top-level in the South West and is one of a small number of companies in the UK who hold Advanced Infrastructure Solutions membership as well as Networking Infrastructure Solutions and Information Worker Solutions memberships. As a customer focused company we see the benefits on behalf of our customers to be:

ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation
The development and implementation of an electronic Quality Management System (QMS), designed to address the needs of an expanding company, was considered a pre-requisite for future growth when the ISO9001 project was initiated in September 1998. Assessment and recommendation for accreditation to ISO9001:1994 was achieved on 14th September 1999.
With the revision of the ISO9001 standard in 2000, a programme to update the Company's QMS was initiated with the objective of achieving the new certification by November 2002. Following a successful audit on the 15th November 2002, BDS Solutions was recommended for ISO9001:2000 certification.
A further revision of the ISO9001 standard in 2008 was introduced, with the Company's QMS again updated. Following a successful audit and assessment, recommendation for accreditation to ISO9001:2008 was achieved on 3rd February 2009.
The auditor recorded that "the quality system demonstrates significant compliance with ISO9001:2008. It is therefore recommended that certification to ISO9001:2008 is granted."
Managing Director, Derrick Foan, said "it is very rewarding to know that the good management and administration practices we have adopted are reflected within the very latest industry standards associated with ISO9001:2008 certification."
BDS has since passed a number of audits, the most recent occurring in July 2009.
