Creating Emails
Why does it populate the active e-mail as apposed to creating a new one?

If the 'To' button is selected by mistake before selecting an address, why does the PC hang for several minutes?

When an email address is added to an email message, then deleted from the message and then you attempt to re-add the same address you may recive a "this address already exists in this message" alert. This is due to the way Outlook updates the mail message. If this happens, simply close the email and click the To button in Enquiry Agent to create a new message.
After I select a contact for an email message why is the Enquiry Agent window still visible?
|
To minimise the Enquiry Agent window after selection select the 'Config' button, select the

Viewing Contacts
A new contact does not appear in the appropriate folder?
If you have selected a folder and a contact does not appear, this may be due to an old copy of the data cached in your PC, to retrieve fresh data click again on the folder. You can use the Config/Cache Options button to turn this of but this option is not recommended over a slow link.
When a large organisation is selected why does it take longer to view the contacts?
This is due to accessing the server over a slow Wide Area Network link. It may take several minutes to download all of the contacts for a large organisation.
People with apostophes at the start of their name (like O'Brien, D'Cruz) are not appearing?
This was corrected in version 2.2.2. Download the latest update to resolve this problem.
