System Requirements

Enquiry Agent requires the following minimum system requirements:

  • 1Ghz processor
  • 256MB RAM
  • 50MB Hard Disk Space
  • 800 * 600 screen resolution

Enquiry Agent can work with the following Windows versions:

  • Windows 2000
  • Windows XP

Email Client Software

Enquiry Agent only works with Microsoft Outlook. No other client software is currently supported. All current versions of Outlook are supported.

NOTE: Outlook must be installed on the client PC for Enquiry Agent to be able to use the emailing functions.
