Enquiry Agent on Screen In order to be as flexible and as user-friendly as possible, Enquiry Agent aims to be available when needed but will hide out of the way when it is not. General Use When it is running the Enquiry Agent icon can be seen in the bottom right corner of the taskbar, next to the clock.
To use Enquiry Agent double-click on the icon or right-click and from the pop-up menu, choose "Restore". Enquiry Agent will now be running on your desktop. Enquiry Agent will run "on top" of any other applications. This means if you open another application, it will appear behind Enquiry Agent.
To close Enquiry Agent, click on the usual 'cross' in the top right of the window. After doing this, Enquiry Agent will hide, but will still be running as shown by the icon in the system tray. To close down Enquiry Agent completely, right-click on the icon and from the pop-up menu, choose "Exit". Sending Emails When using Enquiry Agent, after you have selected a contact to send an email to and have clicked either of the To, CC or BCC buttons, Enquiry Agent will shrink to just a title-bar so that you can edit the email easily. To use Enquiry Agent again, simply move the mouse over the Enquiry Agent title-bar and it will display as normal.
By shrinking in this way, Enquiry Agent makes it easy for you to add several people to an email, or send many emails at once without ever being in the way. When you send or close the email, Enquiry Agent will hide to the icon in the system tray. To use, click on the icon as before. Re-Sizing and Re-Positioning Enquiry Agent can be re-sized in the same way as most other Windows programs. It is possible to make the whole application bigger or smaller, and also to re-size the layout of the panes within Enquiry Agent. To do this, move the mouse cursor over the program or pane edges so the re-size cursors are showing then drag to your desired position.
It is also possible to move Enquiry Agent to a different part of the screen. To do this, move the mouse pointer to the title bar and drag to a new position. Any changes you make to the sizing and positioning of Enquiry Agent will be remembered next time you use it, saving you re-sizing it each time you use it. Changing the behavior of Enquiry Agent In the configuration there are a number of settings that alter how Enquiry Agent behaves on screen, for example, you can change whether Enquiry Agent stays on top after you have created an email.
