Installation

Installing from CD

For more detail, refer to the Installation Guide located in the "Documentation" folder on the software CD.

  • Insert the software CD into the CD-ROM drive
  • Run the setup.exe found in the root of the CD
  • Follow the on-screen instructions
  • Once the install has completed, run the software from the Start > Programs menu
  • When prompted, enter the product application key. This will have been provided by BDS Solutions

This completes the installation. Enquiry Agent will now be ready for configuration.

Installing from an MSI file

Enquiry Agent can be installed from an MSI package. This can be called from a logon script and can run silently with no user input required. A site-specific configuration file can be included with the MSI file.
