Browsing Folders

In Enquiry Agent you can find a person by browsing the folders or by doing a search. To browse the folders first click the "Folders" button:

Enquiry Agent is split into three sections as shown below:

  • The first on the left is a list of sources and folders for all the available organisations
  • The second on the right displays all the people within an organisation
  • The third section at the bottom displays an individual person's information

To browse the folders, first click on the source icon:

This will expand the list of folders for all the organisations on that source. A plus next to the folder indicates there are organisations below that folder:

Clicking on a folder will expand to show any organisations below that folder and also display all the people within that organisation in the right-hand section:

To view different types of people (for example, generic mailboxes or distribution lists) click on the "Filter list to show" drop-down box. To view all people again, select "All" from the list.

 

Click on a person in the list to view their information in the bottom section. This section has two tabs, one for personal information and the second for information relating to the organisation they work for:
