User Options - Paths

Home

Home Drive

The drive letter for the user’s data folder.

Home Directory

The path for the user’s data folder. Placeholders can be used in this field (see Placeholders).

Alternative (Home Directory)

An alternative home directory. This can only be applied after consultation with BDS Solutions.

Change Folder Base

The folder base (i.e., the Home Directory) will be changed for existing users, if necessary. Otherwise the folder base is only generated for new users.

Profile

Profile Path

The path for the user’s profile folder. Placeholders can be used in this field (see Placeholders).

Alternative (Profile Path)

An alternative profile path. This can only be applied after consultation with BDS Solutions.

Create profile if missing

Generates a new folder if one does not already exist.

Login Script

Script Path

The name of the login script to be applied.

Overwrite Existing Path

If existing users already have a logon script on their account, selecting this option will force the new logon script to overwrite this. If not selected, only new accounts will have the login script path applied.

Database

DB Path

The path to the Directory Manager database.
