Reporting

Directory Manager provides four types of feedback on the extract files it processes.

  • a statistics report is available through the software interface that lists the result of extract files that have been imported in a given time period
  • a preview report is available that shows the results of processing a file, without committing any changes to the directory.
  • summary csv files listing all rules that were used in one process, with totals of the actions taken
  • action logs created after each process that logs the action taken for every entry in the files.
