Menu Options

All of Directory Integrator's functions can be accessed through the menu. A brief description or a help link is listed for each.

File

Close

This button closes the software. Depending on how the software has been configured, Directory Integrator will either close to the system tray to continue running in background or else will exit completely. The following configuration options will result in Directory Integrator closing to the system tray:

• Send file submission every x days
• Automatically check data sources every x hours

With either or both of these set, Directory Integrator can continue monitoring the data sources / send export files while running as an icon placed in the system tray.

Close and Exit

This will shut down Directory Integrator regardless of any configuration settings.

Select with Filter

Export List

Exports all the objects currently showing in the Objects panel to file. Only the attributes that are listed in the columns are exported. This file is called "mailboxes.csv" and is saved to the installation folder.

Define Links

Forward

Sends the attributes of the currently selected mailbox to a specified email address. Click the button and enter the email address in the box provided.

Produce RA Forms

View

All / Changes / Selected / Excluded /Pending / Invalid

Refresh

Refreshes the current list of objects in the Objects panel.

Name Search

Opens the search form. See Searching for more information.

Translations

Opens the translations form. See Translations for more information.

Export

Starts the file export process. See Submitting via Export Files for more information.

Import Configuration File

Help

Help Contents

Opens the on-line help pages.

Opens the About form.
