The Statistics Report

The report will display information on the importing history of Contact Manager. This highlights what happened to entries during each import of address books. For each process, the rules that were matched are listed, along with what actions took place for that rule.

To view the report, click on the Report button.

In the Enter Parameters Value box shown, enter the following information:

• Start date – this is the date from which information should be displayed. This defaults to the current date.
• Show Zero – whether to list rules where no actions took place. This defaults to False.

On the report, the processes that have occurred in the time period are listed on the left hand side. Clicking a process ID will list the results of that process.

All rules that were matched are display, along with statistics of the actions that occurred:

• Added – number of entries added by that rule
• Updated – number of entries updated by the rule
• Removed – number of entries purged by the rule
• Duplicates – number of entries that matched the rule but could not be added as they already exist on the directory
• Errors – the number of errors that occurred processing entries for the rule

Also listed is the number of unmatched entries for the process as a whole.

The report can be exported in a number of formats. Click on the Export button to display the Export Options. Select a format and destination and click OK.
