Automating Contact Manager

Contact Manager is designed to be automated, that is, to run without any need for manual intervention. When it is running in this way, Contact Manager will run in the system tray next to the clock.

For Contact Manager to continue running, the computer must remain logged on.

When not processing files, the following blue icon is used:

When processing files, the icon will change to the following red icon:

The following options must be set to automate Contact Manager:

Contact Manager will then check the mail queue or file system for address books, processing them when they are found.
