Automated Address Book Management

Address Book management can become an entirely automated process by combining Contact Manager with other BDS Solutions software products.

  • Enquiry Agent connects to any* directory source, displaying the directory content and creating download definitions for selected OUs.
  • Download Manager automates the continued downloading of address books from these definitions.
  • Contact Manager imports these address books on to a directory source.
